Dance Day on Kuriositas

A number of our readers have pointed out that while Kuriositas reflects science, art and all the cool stuff in between that one side of the arts that we seem to neglect a little is the area of dance. Well, we hope that today we have started to address that omission with the inclusion of some of the best dance you will see this side of Sadler’s Wells!

Where do we start? Well, we have Ljiljana Gvozdenović, Croatia’s most famous ballet star baking a cake. Then there is Universal Alchémy a street dance troupe with a difference. Future Proof focuses on self expression through dance and our interactions without other. Finally we have a short profile of Russian ballet wunderkind Ivan Vasiliev (pictured above), widely regarded as the new Nureyev or Baryshnikov but someone with very much his own style. Enjoy!
