Saskia Kretzschmann took a few lines from Edgar Allan Poe and created this piece of remarkable animation at Anhalt University of Applied Science in Germany. It was an individual project and the concept work, the creation and the execution of the animation took around three months. In case you are wondering what the lines are, here you go.
The boundaries which surround life and death are at best shadowy and vague. Who shall say where the one ends and the other begins?
To go from just a few words (albeit written by a master) to this wonderful animation is quite a feat for an undergraduate doing a solo project. Great work, Saskia!
