AiDA (Ai Dating Assistant)

I  know a few people who would pay (quite a lot of) good money for one of these.  However, if they watch AiDA they might think twice…

Ben (played by Ryan Goldsher) is a little insecure about dating so downloads the app AiDA (AI Dating Assistant) so he doesn’t get tongue tied during his date with the intimidatingly lovely Taylor (played by Ariana Newman).  Of course, things start to go wrong for the hapless Ben almost immediately.  As this short film is too… short to say much about what happens without spoilers, I will leave it to you to discover Ben’s date/fate but needless to say the conversation takes some unexpected turns.  I can guarantee that the next five minutes of your life, at least, will be worthwhile (and make of that what you will, I guess!).  Strangely, even though this film centres on technolgy and it use, I can't help but feel that there is some innate Darwinism at play here (which may well still win the day).
