Back in the Day

17 July 2013

Back in the Day is an expression that has recently gained massive popularity, yet a little research reveals that it has been around since at least the 1940s.  Why its popularity has been so rekindled is anyone’s guess but animator Rok Predin has used it as the title for this joyous piece of animation, a nostalgic look back to a single wonderful day in childhood.

Predin had worked on the piece for a number of months but then took up Trunk’s offer to forego studio projects and take two months out to work on the film.  Now that’s what I call a company that nurtures talent!  Back in the Day is a treat, you might even find yourself casting your mind back to one of your best days of childhood.
